Do you supply distributors, retailers and showrooms?

Yes — that is most of what we do. We sell factory-direct to importers, distributors, lighting showrooms and interior designers. Trade terms are set out on our wholesale page, and our dealer program covers ongoing resale support.

What is your minimum order quantity?

It depends on the model, the finish and whether anything is customised — there is no single number that would be honest across the whole range. Tell us the model, the quantity you have in mind and the destination, and we will confirm the minimum in writing with your quote.

Can you make a size or finish that isn’t listed?

Yes. Ø60cm and Ø80cm are our standard sizes, and tree branch chandeliers are also standard in 100×50cm and 120×60cm oval. Anything else — other diameters, custom drops, your own drawing, a specific plating — is quoted as a custom build. See custom & OEM/ODM.

Which lamp bases and voltages do you use?

Our fixtures are built for E14, G9 and E27 bulbs. Tell us the destination country in your enquiry and we will confirm the electrical configuration for that market before quoting.

What certifications do your fixtures carry?

CE and RoHS. If your market requires a certification we do not currently hold, tell us early — it is better to know before a quote than after an order.

Can I order a sample before committing?

Samples are available. Terms differ by model and finish, so we confirm the sample cost and timing in writing rather than quoting a blanket figure. Mention the model in your enquiry and we will include it in our reply.

How long does production take?

Lead time depends on quantity, finish and how much is customised. We confirm it in writing together with the quote — before you place an order, not after.

How do you pack crystal for export?

Frames and crystal are packed separately in cartons built for the fixture, with plywood crates where the destination requires them. You can see the cartons, crates and container loading on our factory page.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes — buyers are welcome, by appointment. We are at 6/F, Building 8, Lvbo Industrial Park, Guzhen Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong — in Guzhen, the town known as China’s lighting capital, within reach of Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Macau and Zhuhai. Send us your dates and we will confirm a time and walk you through welding, plating, crystal setting, assembly and packing. For a taxi or courier, the address in Chinese is 中山市古镇镇绿博工业园8栋6楼. Seeing it in person is the fastest way to tell a factory from a trading company — ours included.
