How our black frames are made

Our black chandeliers are built the same way as our gold ones: the branch frame is aluminum, and the black color is produced by anodizing (an oxidation process) — not paint. That means the same design can be made in black, gold or chrome; just tell us the color when you request a quote.

The black finish has no extra clear coat, so a little care keeps it looking its best:

• Clean the frame with a dry, soft cloth only — no water, cleaning sprays or polish on the frame.
• Keep it away from damp air. In bathrooms, kitchens, coastal homes and other humid rooms, the finish can change color sooner.
• The warranty covers parts, not the color. A gradual change in the finish over time is normal and is not covered by our warranty.

Black dining room chandeliers and other sizes

Every black-frame design comes in ten sizes:

• Round, six sizes — Ø40 cm (6 lights) to Ø120 cm (16 lights), for living rooms, bedrooms and entryways.
• Oval, four sizes — L80 × W30 cm to L150 × W70 cm (10–14 lights), the shape for a black dining room chandelier over a long table. See our dining room chandeliers.

Over a dining table, choose an oval about half to two-thirds the length of the table: an L120 × W60 cm oval suits a table of about 1.8–2.4 m. For other rooms, see our chandelier size guide or try the size calculator.

Crystals and pendant styles

• 13 pendant styles on black branch frames — from pear and navette drops to snowflakes and hearts. Compare them in our branch chandelier pendant table.
• Black crystals: crystal color can be clear, black, amber, blue, green or pink, or a mix — like the clear and black crystals in the photos above. Three designs come with black crystals as standard, including two two-tier waterfall designs.
• Crystal grade: K5 as standard; every model can be upgraded to K9 or Egyptian crystal at extra cost — see our K9 crystal guide.

Electrical, delivery and warranty

• Electrical: 220–240V with E14 sockets as standard; the US version uses 120V and E12 sockets. Bulbs are not included. CE and RoHS certified; UL certification can be arranged for confirmed orders.
• Single pieces: in-stock models are ready in about one week and ship door-to-door by express. Shipping and import duties are paid by the buyer and confirmed in your written quotation.
• Wholesale: from 5 pieces per model, made to order in 25–30 days, with spare crystals included — see wholesale crystal chandeliers.
• Warranty: 2 years on all parts (normal color change of the finish over time is not covered). Spare-part requests are answered within 48 hours.
