This website serves business buyers (distributors, wholesalers, retailers and trade professionals); it is not a consumer online store and no payments are processed on this website.
1. Website Content
Product images, specifications and descriptions on this website are provided for general reference. Due to handcrafted components, photography and display differences, minor variations in color, crystal cut and finish may occur. Final specifications are those confirmed in writing in your quotation or Proforma Invoice (PI).
2. Quotations and Orders
- Quotations are prepared based on the information you provide (model, quantity, finish, voltage, certification and packaging requirements) and remain valid for the period stated in the quotation.
- An order is confirmed only when both parties have confirmed the PI and any agreed deposit has been received.
- Minimum order quantities (MOQ), pricing, payment terms and delivery terms are as stated in the applicable quotation or PI.
3. Payment
All payments are made offline through the methods agreed in the PI (such as bank transfer / T/T). We will never ask you to pay through this website. Please verify payment details directly with us via sales@hongfu-lighting.com before transferring funds, and be alert to fraudulent emails imitating our company.
4. Production and Delivery
Production lead times are stated in the order confirmation and begin after the order is confirmed. Delivery is made according to the Incoterms agreed in the PI (e.g. EXW, FOB, CIF). Title and risk pass to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterms. Estimated shipping times provided by freight carriers are indicative and outside our control.
5. OEM / ODM Projects
For custom (OEM/ODM) projects, the buyer is responsible for ensuring that any designs, logos or trademarks provided to us do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. Custom project details, tooling, samples and pricing are governed by the written agreement for that project.
6. Inspection and Claims
Please inspect goods promptly upon receipt. Claims for transport damage, shortages or visible defects should be reported to us with photos and packing details as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, so we can work with you and the carrier on a resolution. Quality issues covered by the agreed warranty terms in your PI will be handled through repair, replacement parts or other remedies as agreed.
7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Warranty coverage and duration are as stated in your quotation or PI. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the value of the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, product photos, drawings and the HongFu Lighting name, is owned by us or used with permission, and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, port congestion or transport disruptions. Affected timelines will be extended accordingly.
10. Governing Law
These terms and any order are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Disputes will first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
11. Changes to These Terms
