Who Is Responsible for What

Every line on your quotation carries one of these three labels. You always know who made a fixture and who checked it.

Manufactured by HongFu — our own crystal chandeliers: welded, plated, crystal-set, wired, tested and packed in our factory in Guzhen.
Sourced from a Partner Factory — made by another Guzhen manufacturer and supplied through us for your project. We never present these as our own production.
Inspected and Consolidated by HongFu — checked against the approved specification and combined into one shipment by us, whoever manufactured it.

How It Works

Nothing is ordered before you approve it in writing.

Five steps

You send the lighting schedule
Room list, quantities, mounting type, finish direction and destination. A drawing, a moodboard or a spreadsheet all work.
We come back with options
For each line we state whether it is manufactured by HongFu or sourced from a partner factory, with the specification we would order against.
Quotation and samples
Prices are itemised per line. Where a sample is needed before a decision, its cost and timing are confirmed in writing rather than assumed.
Inspection before loading
Every item is checked against the approved specification — ours and the partner factory’s alike. What fails is not shipped.
One consolidated shipment
Packed and loaded together, with one packing list. Freight, duties, taxes and delivery scope are confirmed separately in the written quotation.

Photos and spreadsheets are fine. We do not need a finished specification to start — producing one is part of the work.

What This Service Is Not

Being clear about the limits saves us both a wasted exchange.

Not a general lighting catalogue. We do not stock or list wall lights, table lamps, floor lamps or outdoor fixtures. They are sourced against your project, not sold from a shelf.
Not single-item sourcing for private buyers. If you need one fixture we do not manufacture, this is not the right service — and we will say so rather than take the enquiry.
Not a claim to make everything. Where another factory makes it, the quotation says so.
Not an open-ended promise on cost or timing. Minimum quantities, lead times and delivery terms depend on the categories in your schedule and are confirmed in the written quotation.

Questions Buyers Ask First

Have you done this before?

Not as a named service — we are opening it now. What is not new is the part it depends on: we manufacture, inspect, pack and export crystal chandeliers from Guzhen ourselves, and Guzhen is where most of China’s decorative lighting is made, so the factories are neighbours rather than strangers. We would rather tell you that plainly than show you a portfolio you cannot verify.

Which lighting categories can you source?

Decorative lighting that sits alongside a crystal chandelier in the same project. Send your schedule and we will tell you line by line what we can source and what we would decline — before you commit to anything.

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the categories in your schedule and on each partner factory, so there is no single number that would be honest here. Send the room list and quantities and we will confirm the minimum in writing with your quotation.

Who is responsible if a sourced item is wrong?

We are, for what we inspected and consolidated. That is exactly why every line is labelled and inspected against the approved specification before loading. The scope of that responsibility is written into your quotation, not left to assumption.

Can everything ship together?

That is the point of the service. Our own chandeliers and the sourced fixtures are packed and loaded as one shipment with one packing list. Freight, duties, taxes and the delivery scope are confirmed separately in the written quotation.

Do the sourced fixtures carry the same certification as yours?

Not automatically. We hold CE and RoHS for our own chandeliers. For sourced items, certification depends on that factory and on your market — tell us the destination at enquiry stage and we will confirm what is available before anything is ordered.
