Every fixture is built by hand: metal branches are formed and welded in-house, then electroplated and dressed with hand-set crystal, and powered on before it leaves the bench.

Can I order a custom size, finish or crystal color?
Yes. Every model is made to order, so diameters, heights, frame finishes (gold, French gold, chrome, black) and crystal colors can all be customized. Choose your options above, or describe what you need in the quote form and we will confirm feasibility and price within 24 hours.
How long do production and delivery take?
Production takes 20–25 days because each fixture is built to order. Shipping time depends on the method: air express (DHL / FedEx / UPS) typically takes 5–10 days door to door; sea freight for wholesale orders takes 25–40 days depending on your port.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide, door to door. Single retail pieces go by air express with crystal-safe packing; wholesale and project orders ship by sea (LCL or full container). Freight is quoted together with the product price, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Which voltage and bulbs does it use?
Fixtures run on AC 85–265V, so they work in the US, Europe, the Middle East and most other markets. Lamp holders are available as E14, E12 or G9 — select yours above and we wire the chandelier for your country before it ships. Bulbs are not included by default but can be added to your order.
What if it arrives damaged?
Every chandelier leaves the factory powered-on, aging-tested and packed in reinforced export cartons. In the rare case of transit damage, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship replacement parts free of charge under the 3-year warranty.
