Request a Quote

What happens next

1. We reply within one business day (Mon–Sat, 9:00–18:00 GMT+8) — from a person at our factory in Guzhen, not an autoresponder.
2. We confirm the specification in writing — size, finish, crystal, sockets and the voltage for your country.
3. You receive a written quote — the product price and the shipping cost are listed separately. Shipping and import duties are paid by the buyer.

What helps us quote accurately

• The product link or model number
• Your room and ceiling dimensions — not sure about size? Try our size calculator
• Preferred size, finish and electrical requirements
• Quantity, and whether it is for your home, a store or a project
• Destination country, city and postcode

Pricing, MOQ and samples

• Single pieces: welcome. The “From” price on our website is the starting retail price; the final price depends on size, crystal grade and quantity, and is confirmed in your written quote.
• Wholesale: from 5 pieces per model, and you can mix models — see wholesale crystal chandeliers. Production takes 25–30 days; in-stock single pieces are ready in about one week.
• Samples: the sample fee is twice the wholesale unit price, and it is deducted from your order when you buy — see custom crystal chandeliers.
• Trade terms and packing: we currently quote EXW. Each chandelier is packed in an export carton sized to it; carton size and gross weight are given in your quote.
