Wholesale & Trade Agreement
As a direct manufacturer, our standard Minimum Order Quantity for bulk wholesale pricing is 5 pieces per order. We permit 1-piece orders exclusively for quality evaluation (Sample Orders) prior to bulk purchasing.
Standard branch chandeliers or sample orders typically require 10-15 business days for production. Large volume orders or highly customized hotel projects require 25-35 days after the final confirmation of dimensions, crystal selections, and receipt of deposit.
For wholesale and custom orders, we require a 30% deposit via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) before production begins. The remaining 70% balance must be paid after the goods are finished and inspected, prior to factory dispatch. We provide videos and photos of the finished products for your inspection before balance payment.
We provide a 2-Year Warranty on the oxidation finish of our hand-welded aluminum frames, guaranteeing no fading under normal indoor conditions. Because crystal is fragile, we pack extra spare crystals (typically 3-5%) in every shipment to account for potential transit damage. If major breakage occurs, we will send replacement parts free of charge upon photographic proof within 7 days of receiving the cargo.
We offer modular customization ranging from 30cm to 1.8m in diameter. Once production has started on custom-sized fixtures, orders cannot be canceled, and deposits are non-refundable, as the aluminum frames are cut and welded specifically to your project's dimensions.
